Perfect Comfort and Perfect Comfort Plus Mattress 10-Year Limited Warranty
We hereby warrant your new mattress against defects and workmanship except damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, neglect, carelessness, alteration to the product, or any other conditions that are beyond the control of the manufacturer.

In the event that service resulting from such defect is required during the warranty period, your mattress will be repaired or replaced using the scale below. The warranty starts with the date of original purchase.

Purchase receipt required to demonstrate original purchase date. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from state to state.

Transportation costs to and from the point of repair are the responsibility of the consumer.

Body impressions are normal resulting from conforming of cushioning material to the sleeper and are not considered a warranty issue.

STRUCTURE MATTRESS PAD LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY
Carpenter Co. warrants to the original purchaser or user that the accompanying product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of the original retail sales invoice. If during the warranty period, this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, it will be replaced without charge. Use of the product diminishes the loft of the foam. Notice of a claim under this warranty must be given promptly in writing, in no case later than 45 days after discovery of the defect. Defective products must be returned, along with the invoice, prepaid to Carpenter at the address stated below. Carpenter will prepay shipping charges for the replaced product. Carpenter makes no warranty with respect to the natural settling of the foam. This warranty will become void if the product shows signs of careless handling or if the product is ripped or torn. In addition, this product must be used with a protective covering, and must be cleaned in accordance with Carpenter’s care and use instructions. Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 5 year limited warranty. In no case will Carpenter be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or
strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property (other than the product) or other economic losses. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties
or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you
may also have other rights that vary from State to State.

WARNING: URETHANE FOAM IS FLAMMABLE!
URETHANE FOAM WILL BURN IF EXPOSED TO OPEN FLAME OR OTHER SUFFICIENT HEAT SOURCE. DO NOT EXPOSE URETHANE FOAM TO OPEN FLAMES OR ANY OTHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT HIGH TEMPERATURE IGNITION SOURCES SUCH AS BURNING OPERATIONS, WELDING, BURNING CIGARETTES, SPACE HEATERS OR NAKED LIGHTS. ONCE IGNITED, URETHANE FOAM WILL BURN RAPIDLY, RELEASING GREAT HEAT AND CONSUMING OXYGEN AT A HIGH RATE. IN AN ENCLOSED SPACE THE RESULTING DEFICIENCY OF OXYGEN WILL PRESENT A DANGER OF SUFFOCATION TO THE OCCUPANTS. HAZARDOUS GASES RELEASED BY THE BURNING FOAM CAN BE INCAPACITATING OR FATAL TO HUMAN BEINGS IF INHALED IN SUFFICIENT QUANTITIES.

ONCE IGNITED, URETHANE FOAM IS DIFFICULT TO EXTINGUISH. FOAM FIRES THAT APPEAR TO BE EXTINGUISHED MAY SMOLDER AND REIGNITE. ALWAYS HAVE FIRE OFFICIALS DETERMINE WHETHER A FIRE HAS BEEN EXTINGUISHED.

Isotonic Topper Five-Year Warranty
Carpenter warrants to the original purchaser or user that the accompanying product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of the original retail sales invoice. In addition, this product must be protected during use by a pillow case and/or pillow protector or other covering, and all cleaning must be done in accordance with Carpenter care instructions.

Except as set forth above, CARPENTER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNPACK CAREFULLY This mattress cushion has been vacuum packed and compressed for shipping. It looks smaller in the package than it really is. Open the package carefully, taking care not to cut or tear the cushion. Soon after the pad is released from the packaging and allowed to breathe, it will assume its proper size. The slight scent of "newness" that all foam products have will dissipate gradually.

INSTALL PROPERLY Place the cushion on top of your mattress. The included quilted mattress pad should be placed over your mattress cushion. Place your regular sheets on top of the cushioning and you are ready to experience the real difference this quality mattress cushion will make in your ability to rest while you sleep. You may use an electric blanket with the mattress cushioning, but make sure it is in good working condition with no visible wear or frayed wiring.

COMBUSTION MODIFIED Carpenter Co. has tested and certifies that at the time of manufacture, materials meet requirements of California Technical Bulletin 117.

WARNING: URETHANE FOAM IS FLAMMABLE. Do not expose urethane foam to open flames or any other direct or indirect high temperature ignition sources such as burning operations, welding, burning cigarettes, space heaters or naked lights. Once ignited, urethane foam will burn rapidly, releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed space, the resulting deficiency of oxygen will present a danger of suffocation to occupants. Hazardous gases released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings if inhaled in sufficient quantities.

The Isotonic and Extraordinaire Mattress Sets Ten-Year Limited Warranty
The quality built into every Isotonic and Extraordinaire Sleep System allows us to offer the purchaser a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or material (other than cover and handles, if present). This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not indicate the useful life of the set, which will vary according to the use and care of the product.

In the event that service resulting from such defect is required during the no charge period (see below) after the original purchase, your mattress and/or box spring will be repaired or replaced (at Carpenter's option) without charge, except for transportation costs.

In the event that service resulting from such a defect is required during the remaining years after the original purchase, your mattress and/or box spring will be repaired or replaced (at Carpenter's option) with a charge to the consumer for labor and materials as calculated below.

Any and all implied warranties on this product shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty.

Body impressions are normal during the first course of use. This is not a structural defect, but simply the settling of upholstery layers. If you notice a slightly uneven sleeping surface, rotate your mattress head to foot once every two weeks for the first three months of use; once every two months thereafter.

Isotonic Mattresses without Foundations
10 Year Limited Warranty
The Quality built into every Isotonic® Sleep System allows us to guarantee that your Isotonic Sleep System will be replaced or repaired, at our option, in the unlikely event of defects in materials or workmanship which occur during the time of this limited warranty. This warranty covers any deterioration in the cell-structure of the Isotonic® foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. In addition, the mattress foundation is warranted against manufacturer defects and structural flaws under the same stipulations as above, while the mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against defects in material or workmanship.

This limited warranty does not cover normal increases in softness of the Isotonic foam material or a decrease in its slow recovery feature – aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. Furthermore, Carpenter shall not be obligated to provide warranty service if the product is found to be damaged, burned, cut, torn, misused, stained, soiled, in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is due to causes other than defective material or workmanship. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
